Happy Friday! I’m grateful I had a few stressful situations and I didn’t completely lose my 💩!! Practices I’ve put in place to help with my stressful moments are working and I’m grateful hard work is paying off!

I got to spend most of Wednesday with one of my friends I rarely see, I found a beautiful stained glass lamp at a flea market, and I have today off work as a self-proclaimed “Mental Health Holiday.”

Mental health days away from work should be normalized. It should be seen as the same as taking a sick day or whatever. I think it would help many people tremendously.
