My Current Favorite Shows

I haven’t discussed television much at all on this blog. This is mainly because I don’t watch TV that much. I’m not the type of person to binge-watch a show on the weekend anymore.

There’s nothing wrong with that; your free time is your free time. I just prefer to watch it in intervals when my time is more limited, like after work during the week. This allows me more time to play games in longer sessions on the weekend if time permits.

That being said, there are some shows I keep going back to, and some that are quickly becoming personal favorites. I’d love to know what your own favorites are!

My Current Favorite Shows

In no particular order, these shows are the ones I’m most invested in at the moment.

The Last Of Us

If I’m honest, I was hesitant about this show. I wasn’t sure if it would live up to the expectations that the game had set. After watching just the first episode, I knew it would be quite exceptional. As the first season is coming to an end, I’m excited to see what they do with season 2.

Grey’s Anatomy

I primarily started watching this simply because it’s my wife’s favorite show. I was surprised at how emotional every episode can be. It’s one of those shows where you can expect to feel some type of way by the end of each episode, and it’ll leave you wanting more. It’s definitely binge-worthy if you have time for it.

Bob’s Burgers

I didn’t think I’d like this show at all; I really didn’t think the humor would appeal to me. I couldn’t have been more wrong. This show is hilarious, and every episode is sure to bring a smile to your face once you start to understand each character’s personality and the style of humor they have.

Dexter

I haven’t watched Dexter in a while, but it’s my favorite show without a doubt. There’s tons of unique humor, mystery, suspense, and an incredible narrative. I’m working on obtaining more collectibles from this show because it’s the one show I’ll never grow tired of.

Conclusion

This is not at all an exhaustive list of my favorite shows of all time, as that list will be much more in-depth once I eventually write it. These are just the shows I’ve been frequently watching on a weekly basis (other than Dexter, but I had to include it because I still love watching short clips from the show on YouTube).
