With the week I’ve been having, this quote felt fitting. In order to get to where I want to be, I have to have the courage to go on despite not having the strength. I’m taking it one day at a time. Sometimes, that’s all you can do. I have to remind myself that it’s okay to not be okay.
This is your reminder as well. Seek help if you need it without the fear of judgment. It takes a lot of courage to speak up about how you’re feeling. Admitting to yourself that you need help is the first step. Take that step because I promise it’s worth it. Also, check on your friends and family. You never know who is struggling behind closed doors.
